Pay for scope, not features.
Every plan delivers the same ranked, verified, shown-its-work feed. You choose how much ground it covers — how many trades and metros, one signal or both, shared or sole rights. It starts at $149/month.

You know what one new account is worth to you — for most firms it's many times a month of Buildvane. Prices are launch rates and scale by scope (trades × metros) and exclusivity. *Both-signals bundles include the new-homeowner list only where it's live — Nashville today. Outreach must follow TCPA / CAN-SPAM and applicable state rules.
Fair questions about the price
Is the 10-row sample really free?
Yes — a real 10-row sample in your trade and market, no card. It's there to prove the quality before you commit. A paid plan is the ranked feed itself, and starts the moment you subscribe.
How do the four plans differ?
Solo ($149/mo) is one trade in one metro on a shared feed — the accessible on-ramp. Operator ($299–399/mo) adds scope and priority for established firms — the sweet spot. Bundle ($449–599/mo) covers multiple verticals or both signals (permit + new-homeowner) in one metro. Exclusive ($899+/mo) is sole rights to a whole metro so no competitor gets your list. Same feed quality in every plan — you pay for scope, not features.
Why price by scope instead of per-lead?
Because this is intelligence, not pay-per-appointment lead-bait. Scope-based pricing keeps it simple, is cheap against a single won job, and never penalizes you for a strong week. You pay for how much ground you cover — trades, metros, exclusivity.
Is exclusivity really different?
Yes, and it's load-bearing, not an upsell. The "you reach first" promise only holds if a handful of competitors aren't holding the same list. Exclusive gives one buyer sole rights per trade per metro. In small markets we often sell exclusive by default.
What if my market or the home-service list isn't live yet?
Tell us your metro and trade. The permit feed is live in Austin and Nashville; the new-homeowner list is live in Nashville only. If yours isn't live, we'll say so honestly and put you first in line — we never charge for coverage we don't have.
